CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Kinetic Strength is a total body exercise experience for all ages and fitness levels.  Fit Class focuses on compound exercises to gain lean muscle and lose body fat!  Great for everyone looking to live a healthy lifestyle! (Located at Kinetic Sports & Fitness Training Studio)
Kinetic Solution includes 30minutes of Strength followed by 20 minutes of Cardio and ends with 10 minutes of Stretching.
Whether your fitness goal is to gain strength, shed excess body fat, gain flexibility, or feel better in every day life, Kinetic Solution will leave you in optimal health.

Cize:
Let loose as you learn the hottest professionally choreographed dance workouts. You'll be having a total blast, you'll forget you're actually working out—and losing weight!
SPIYO: 
Come enjoy 40 minutes of cycling followed by 20 minutes of yoga.  Get it all with our ultimate 40 minute ride…hills, sprints and endurance followed by 20 minutes of Yoga. This class is fun, challenging and designed to burn up to 600 calories , increase your flexibility and leave you feeling GREAT!
Yoga Sculpt
: When muscle meets yoga, Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You'll combine free weights and cardio to intensify each pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and push-ups for the ultimate calorie burn.                        
Gentle Yoga:  incorporates restorative asana into a slow, meditative, calm practice. Perfect for beginners or advanced students to welcome soft openings and mind-body awareness.
Yoga Flow 
is a dynamic system of practicing asana, linking breath to movement. Builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration.  
Sequencing is often built around sun salutations.
Yoga Sweat you will experience a series of postures performed individually with a short pause in between each pose. This class can be a vigorous and well-rounded workout, but is also very appropriate for beginners. It will provide both the new and advanced practitioners with a solid foundation that is useful in other classes offered. Expect a lot of feedback on proper form and alignment. Approximately 2/3 of each class will consist of standing poses, with the remaining 1/3 of class being spent on the floor. Environment – 88 degrees
Ashtanga Yoga:  
This method of yoga involves of syncronizing breath with a progressive series of postures-a process producing intensive internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.  The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

PiYo Live combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
Yoga and Breath Awareness
:  Connecting with your breath allows you to become aware of your energies within your body. The breath carries you inward and has an effect on your physical, mental and emotional well-being. 

In this yoga class, we will move through the asanas, the yoga poses, allowing our breath to guide us through the movements of our bodies. We will pay  attention to how we move in more detail and listen closer to the weaknesses and strengths of our bodies.

Yoga with Flexi-Bar:  The Flexi-Bar, an elastic fiberglass bar, is a 3-dimensional training- and therapeutic device, which can be easily implemented in a yoga practice. While swinging the Flexi-Bar at small amplitudes, it gently targets the core-stabilizing muscles and activates all deeper-lying muscles.
In this yoga class, we will move from one yoga pose to another while gently swinging the Flexi-Bar in different planes improving the flexibility of our everyday movements, which are 3-dimensional in nature.
Yin Yog
a
focuses on lengthening and strengthening the fascia, our connective tissue, and on increasing the flexibility of our joints. The fundamental characteristic of this powerful transformative style of yoga is to allow the body to relax, to unravel tensions and to realign the body from the inside out by holding the yoga poses longer. 
The benefits include: relieve from physical pains, stress reduction, increased vitality and mental clarity.
