Heather Appleton 

Heather Appleton is owner, personal trainer and fitness class teacher at KINETIC.  With over 10 years experience as a personal trainer.  Heather enjoys seeing the enlightenment on the faces of new clients/members who experience the joys of working out. She is always available for questions or help.  Heather has fun doing any kind of physical activity from dancing, to volleyball, basketball, and we can't forget shopping! Heather's passion for living a healthy lifestyle is to keep her body functioning well enough to enjoy life as she ages.  She doesn't believe in getting to a certain weight on the scale, but continually having fitness and eating right as part of everyday life.  She is here to help you live a healthy lifestyle as well!


Kevin Appleton

I've been dong this fitness thing for over nearly half my life now....time flies when you're having fun!  My passion for fitness stems from playing competitive sports as a kid.  I'm still a big kid today, and I try to ride my mountain bike twice a week, waterski as much as possible in the summer, play pickup basketball, lift weights 4-5 days/week.  It's what makes me happy and keeps me feeling good!  I've worked successfully with all types of people with all types of goals.  I've helped many people rehab from injuries, or surgeries. My focus is to help people make fitness an integral part of thier life, and to teach the fundamentals of healthy lifestyles.  I try to not to complicate things because it really isn't rocket science.  I won't make you weigh your chicken breast! :) It's dedication, consistency, discipline, and hard work that gets you in shape!
